Effective Customer Service

Course Overview 

This short course will provide the skills and knowledge required to apply effective customer service skills for the workplace, including dealing with customer enquiries, monitoring customer satisfaction and taking appropriate action to satisfy customer needs. Topics covered inlcude implementing customer service principles and procedures in day-to-day interactions with internal and external customers.

This is a non-accredited short course. Participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
