Resilience Training

Course Overview

This short course covers the skills involved in developing the ability and resilience to cope with stress and pressure.

Many people work in a business environment that is constantly changing, is intense and is unrelenting. Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand and manage your own emotions, and those of the people around you. Your resilience refers to your ability to cope and adapt to changing or stressful situations.

Learn how you use your emotions to develop your capability to manage your resilience, how to accept life changes and adapt to adversity without lasting difficulties and be more able to cope with stress and change.  Emotional intelligence is essential for success.
